Agreement
These terms are between you and Recore Labs, based in Texas (“we”). They cover your use of the website at recorelabs.com. This version is dated 28 October 2026.
Insight Lantern, and any later product, may also be covered by the Atlassian Marketplace terms. The Insight Lantern listing is coming soon.
The website
The site describes the company and its products. A sentence on the site is not a promise that a feature exists unless the product page or the docs say so in plain language. The addresses for privacy, support, and Insight Lantern docs are meant to stay stable. If one of them must move, the old address should point to the new one.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. That includes:
- Trying to break, probe, or overload it.
- Sending unlawful, infringing, or deceptive material to our email addresses.
- Pretending to be Recore Labs, or pretending we have a relationship that we do not have.
Intellectual property
The Recore Labs name, the wordmark, and the text of this site belong to Recore Labs. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the wordmark or the site text for your own product.
Jira, Atlassian, and Atlassian Marketplace are trademarks of Atlassian Pty Ltd. They are used here to identify compatibility. Recore Labs is not Atlassian and is not endorsed by Atlassian.
Products
Installing a Marketplace app is a transaction on Atlassian’s terms and, where these terms apply, on ours. The Insight Lantern listing, including price, is coming soon.
A product is software. It can fail, change, or be withdrawn. Where the law allows a warranty to be disclaimed, the product and this website are provided as available, without an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law of the State of Texas allows, Recore Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Some limitations may not apply to a particular person, and this sentence does not try to waive a right that Texas law does not let us waive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Texas have jurisdiction.
Other terms
If a court holds one sentence unenforceable, the rest stays in place. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Questions about the terms: support@recorelabs.com.
