The website
The site is a set of static pages. It does not ask you to create an account. It does not include an analytics product, an advertising network, or a third-party font service. Fonts are files served with the site.
The contact and support forms do not submit to a server. They open a message in your email app. If you do not send that email, we do not receive the form.
The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process connection data, such as IP address, user agent, the URL requested, and the time, as the host.
If you email us, we use the message to reply and we keep a record of the conversation as ordinary business correspondence. Do not send passwords or other secrets. If a support question is about Jira data your company treats as confidential, describe the problem instead of attaching the data.
Insight Lantern
Insight Lantern is a reporting app for Jira from Recore Labs. The Atlassian Marketplace listing is coming soon. Questions about the app go to support@recorelabs.com.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and does not show a cookie banner, because there is no optional tracker to accept or refuse.
Children
The site and the products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
How long we keep information
Email is kept as long as we need it to handle the request and for ordinary business records.
Your requests
You can email support@recorelabs.com to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. If a request is about Insight Lantern on a Jira site, include the site host name so we know which install you mean.
Texas
Recore Labs is based in Texas. Read this policy with our terms. Those terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
